DELIVERY


Do you ship internationally?

I ship worldwide yes! However your country may require you to pay import tax or customs fees to receive your goods. I cannot accept responsibilty for these additional fees unfortunately. Please bear these potential added costs in mind when deciding whether to purchase.

UPDATE 27/02/2023: Unfortunately from now on the only shipping option for international orders will be Tracked postage. This is due to some orders going missing in the post or taking months to arrive. I am losing money and stock by resending orders and unfortunately I cannot afford to do this anymore. Tracked postage means your order will get to you quicker and safer, however it is more expensive. I am really sorry about this. I have tried to keep postage costs as cheap as I can. 


How much is UK postage?

I post my prints first class. Depending on the size of the print ordered, postage ranges from £1 - £4.50
I post my wall hangings Tracked and Signed which is £8.95. I realise that this is expensive, however as my wall hangings take a lot of work to complete, I like to have peace of mind that they will arrive safely.


What packaging do you use?

For prints I use biodegradable cellophane and recyclable tape and envelopes.
For my wall hangings I use recycled tissue paper, recycled sticker paper, recycable kraft paper and kraft mailing bags. I aim to be as sustainable as possible in my packaging.



WALL HANGINGS

Do they come with sticks to hang?

Unfortunately I have decided against shipping my wall hangings with the sticks included as it would require me to buy expensive tubes and charge much higher for postage as the parcels would be considerably larger. Including a stick add on option may be something I consider in the future when it makes more financial sense.

The wall hanging I wanted has sold out, will there be more?

I am planning on doing lots of wall hanging drops throughout the year, both of existing designs and new designs. Check out my instagram for updates!

Do you do commissions?

From time to time I will accept commissions depending on my schedule. Please email me at [email protected] if you are interested and I can let you know my avaliability.
